Serag-Wiessner

Serag-Wiessner
var stofnað 1866 í Þýskalandi og hefur framleitt uppleysanlega og óuppleysanlega sauma í yfir 150 ár. Serag-Wiessner framleiðir sauma og nálar sem notuð eru til að loka sárum eftir aðgerðir.

Saumur Uppleysanlegur? Efni Bygging Helstu einkenni Algeng notkun
Serapid® Polyglycolic acid (PGA) Braided Stuttur uppleysingartími Hratt gróandi vefir, slímhúð, smærri innri saumar
Serafast® PGA / Caprolactone Monofilament Sléttur, lítil vefjaerting Mjúkvefir þar sem mild meðhöndlun er mikilvæg
Serafit® Polyglycolic acid (PGA) Braided Gott hnútahald, miðlungs uppleysing Almennar skurðaðgerðir, innri vefir
Seralene® Nei PVDF Monofilament Mjög sterkur, framúrskarandi hnúthald Æða- og mjúkvefsaumar, langtímahald
Seralon® Nei Polyamide (nylon) Monofilament Sléttur, auðvelt að fjarlægja Húðsaumar, almenn sáralokun
Supramid® Nei Polyamide Braided (húðaður) Mjög gott hnútahald, sveigjanlegur Plastískar aðgerðir, húð og mjúkvefir

  • Seralene

Seralene® is a non-absorbable suture material with a smooth surface for tissue passage. Thus, it is particularly applied in vascular surgery, for which there is a special delivery programme.

Further areas of application are, for example, skin closure with high-quality needles, especially in plastic surgery.

  • Supramid

At sizes of 4/0 and larger, SUPRAMID has a multifilament character. It consists of twisted polyamide fibres that are coated. SUPRAMID has high tensile strength, good tying properties and the advantages of a monofilament suture. In smaller diameters, 7/0, 6/0, and 5/0, SUPRAMID is a monofilament.

    Special features

    knot-holding security

    smooth passage through tissues

high linear and knot tensile strengths
